Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and AurabotAI ("we", "us", "AurabotAI"), the provider of the AurabotAI website and platform at aurabotai.com. By creating an account, running an audit, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using AurabotAI on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

AurabotAI crawls websites you submit and uses automated analysis and AI models to produce SEO audits, technical action plans, keyword and ranking insights, per-page recommendations, AI-search (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity) readiness guidance, and exportable reports. Access to specific features depends on your plan (Pro or Agency) as described on our pricing page.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You must not:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law.
• Use it for fraud, spam, scraping-for-resale, or deceptive SEO practices intended to mislead users or search engines.
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property, or submit sites or content you have no right to analyse or publish.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including probing, malware, credential stuffing, or bypassing rate limits, plan limits or technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing audit product.

AurabotAI uses generative AI. This means:

• Outputs may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. You must review and verify recommendations before acting on them.
• Audits and rankings are estimates and analysis, not guarantees of search performance, traffic or revenue.
• You are responsible for the URLs and prompts you submit, for having the right to analyse those sites, and for how you use the outputs.
• You must not use the service to generate illegal content, hate speech, deepfakes, malware, or content designed to deceive; and you must not attempt to jailbreak or bypass model safeguards.
• Outputs are not legal, financial, tax or other regulated professional advice and must not be relied on as such without qualified human oversight.

We may filter, refuse, remove or restrict content and outputs, and may suspend accounts for repeated misuse. If you believe content produced or hosted through the service infringes your rights, contact us at ai.aurabot@gmail.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it. Repeat infringement leads to termination.

We retain all rights in the AurabotAI platform, software, documentation, branding and underlying methodology. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you have selected. You retain ownership of the site data and content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service to you.

Plans are sold as monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your billing page; when you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

We work to keep AurabotAI available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Crawling and ranking features depend on third-party sources and search engines that may change, rate-limit or become unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate your access where:

• you materially breach these terms;
• payment for your plan fails and is not resolved;
• your use creates a security, abuse or fraud risk; or
• you repeatedly or seriously violate our acceptable use rules.

On termination your access ends. You may export your saved reports before termination; after a reasonable export window we may delete your data.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost traffic, lost rankings, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where that exclusion is prohibited by law. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your submitted content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified to you. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut, Lebanon have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions: ai.aurabot@gmail.com.
